Tilt your phone left/right to move food around the pan. A quick upward flick flips it. Shake the phone to add seasoning. If you flick too hard, the food may fly! Motion sensor permission may need HTTPS when hosted online.
Steak scores best around medium/medium-well, fish should be cooked through without burning, and burgers should be nicely browned. Good seasoning and successful flips add points.
